1. The service

Clonify Ops is a software platform that lets orthotics and prosthetics clinics produce device designs from 3D scan data, manage production and keep clinical records.

2. Clinical responsibility and medical decisions

The platform is a decision support tool; it does not make diagnostic or treatment decisions. Clinician approval is mandatory at every critical step and final medical responsibility rests with the clinician.

• Measurements and design proposals cannot be sent to production without clinician review.
• Verifying that the produced device fits the patient is the clinic's responsibility.
• Regulatory obligations for custom-made device manufacturing rest with the clinic.

3. Account and security

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for actions taken through your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• The clinic owner is responsible for the permissions granted to team members.

4. Unacceptable use

• Using the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempting to access another account or bypass security measures
• Creating loads that disrupt the service, or automated scraping
• Attempting to reverse engineer the source code
• Exporting or sharing patient data without authorisation

5. Data ownership

Patient data and production records entered by the clinic belong to the clinic and can be exported in a reasonable format when the service ends. The platform software, interface and algorithms remain the property of Clonify Labs.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is not provided with a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. This limitation does not cover liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify material changes by email before they take effect. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction.
