2. Analysis — Automatic alignment and asymmetry analysis
The model aligns itself to the anatomical plane. Diagonal axes are measured, CVAI and cephalic index are computed, and deviation is painted onto the surface as a heat map.
3. Design — Helmet designed against the symmetric target
The helmet is built against the symmetric target shape, not the measured asymmetry: it leaves growth space over the flattened region and contacts the bossed one. No geometry reaches production without clinician approval.
4. Production — One click to the clinic printer
The approved helmet is sliced and lands on the clinic's 3D printer as a work order. Every revision is recorded with a version number.
